Welcome to paradise.......entrance to the villa is through automatic electric gates and from the front door one looks across the living room, through the large bifold doors to the infinity edge swimming pool and then to the Caribbean Sea - one of the most stunning entrance views on the island. 

 

The accommodation consists of 4 large ensuite double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, high traditional tray ceilings, ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room.  Three of the rooms have super king sized beds and one has twin beds.  There is a very large sitting room with two distinct sitting areas and a wonderful, very well equipped dining kitchen. The master bedroom sitting, room and dining kitchen all open out onto the very spacious  covered patio which runs the full length of the house and  again has spectacular pool and sea views.  The patio is wide and has two discreet sitting areas and a very elegant dining area with a glass topped dining table and stunning views of the pool and the Caribbean Sea.

 

On one side of the entrance hall is an office and on the other side there is a powder room for guests.  There is a house keeper's room/laundry room which contains a very large second fridge freezer which dispenses filtered chilled water and ice.

 

The villa has a hotel sized infinity swimming pool and a large decking area leading to a gazebo which is an ideal space to sit and enjoy the sea  breeze or for a sundowner!

 

There is WiFi service throughout the house and and on the pool deck.

 

In the garden is a self contained en suite apartment with two Queen sized beds which is bright and airy and has its own kitchenette There is also a small gym.

 

We provide a housekeeper who works Monday to Friday 9.30 to 4.30.  Our housekeeper also does all personal laundry. We do ask that anything delicate which requires hand washing is handed to her separately. We provide all linen, pool towels and beach towels.
